In the case of damages, defective or incorrect items please send photos to email@example.com to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Photos and correspondence must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Once a Purchase Order is issued, our process of ordering product and containers to create your order has begun and items are considered final sale. Finished items from our showroom are also non-returnable, unless pre-authorized. We are not responsible for damages reported after goods are received at a warehouse and/or transported to another location. We pride ourselves is custom creating pieces to your specifications and each item is thoroughly inspected prior to completion and delivery.
